All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered.  Occasionally they may vary according to regional or seasonal availability, or when they do not meet That Flower Shop quality standards. In some cases, substitutes of a similar value may be necessary to meet your requirements. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES:

Any orders made before 9am can be delivered on the same day. Please call us to discuss any urgent delivery. We are a small boutique shop, and will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Please make sure that you edit the shipping address when paying with paypal. The address we receive in the form will be the address that your order will be delivered to.

 

CLICK & COLLECT:
Online orders can always be collected from The Soul Pantry 31 Wolverhampton St Stafford Qld once confirmation of your order and pick up time has been sent to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering or prior to delivery, whichever is the shortest time.

 

SATURDAY SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERY:

Sunday & Public Holiday deliveries are not guaranteed. Please check directly with us before placing an order for delivery on Saturday/Sunday.  

 

RETURNS POLICY:
In the event your order is not what you expected, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio within 24hrs and we will provide you full replacement.
